The offers appearing on our site are valid for the period that they

Product availability
All products listed on our web site are available (within the limit
of stocks). Should they be unavailable, as is possible with certain
products only available in limited numbers, we will contact you
by email or telephone as soon as possible in order to inform you
of the situation and to decide with you whether to :
1 - put back the delivery while waiting for the product to be restocked,
where possible,
2 - replace the product with another product equivalent in quality
and price,
3 - cancel your order and reimburse you the amount paid.

The photographs and illustrations appearing on our site are for
information purposes only and are not contractually binding. We
recommend that you read the description of the products attentively
before confirming your order.
VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER

PAYMENT OF ORDERS
By clicking "confirm", you confirm acceptance of payment
of your order via our secure payment system, authorising payment
by credit card, debit card or your paypal bank balance.
You can also place orders by telephone with payment made by cheque.

For all orders by cheque, you must specify product codes, product
quantities, your postal address, telephone number as well as your
email address. Orders paid for by cheque will not be taken into
account until receipt of your cheque.
Orders cannot be dispatched until full payment of goods and transport
costs has been received. Should a delivery be incomplete, the value
of the undelivered items will not be deducted. The delivery costs
will however be recalculated as a consequence.
Should
an order be incomplete or modified, the amount of your order will
be recalculated as a consequence.
DELIVERY
The articles ordered on line are deliverable exclusively in the
UK
In order to avoid delays and delivery problems leading to additional
redelivery costs at your charge, please provide all the information
requested. In this regard, please note that a Post Office Box does
not constitute a delivery address.
We insure the goods up to the place of delivery. It is the consignee's
responsibility to check the parcel in the presence of the delivery
person. We remind you that delivered products are wrapped as a precaution
in order to protect them during transport.
RETURNED GOODS
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order in which
to return it and obtain a refund or exchange.
If the 7-day deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, national or
public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
The conditions of return are the following:
1 - The product is returned to us unopened: we will reimburse you
its cost minus the transport costs, which are at your charge.
2 - The product is returned because it is faulty or is not in accordance
with your order: we will reimburse you the cost or exchange it for
another product of your choice of the same value, and in this case
the transport costs are at our charge.
We will reimburse you within 30 days of receipt of the returned
goods.
We ask you to contact us at info@littleironies.co.uk before returning
any goods so that we can give you the return address and a returns
number.

personal data (such as name, surname, address, telephone number
and email address). Little Ironies will only use the information
provided by the purchaser for the purposes of fulfilling an order
unless the purchaser agrees otherwise. The
information requested remains strictly confidential: Little Ironies
undertake not to disclose their clients' details to a third party
except when required for delivery of goods.
APPLICABLE LAW
The law applicable to these general sales conditions is Scots law.
RELEVANT JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions will be subject to English law, and the
English courts will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute
arising from the contract.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Your orders are processed in the shortest possible time.
The deliveries are carried out by the postal services, JRS Logistics,
Dundee and other couriers within this network. Delivery to the address
requires a recipient's signature. Should the consignee be absent,
a note is left allowing a redelivery date to be set or, in any case,
allowing the parcel to be collected at the transport company's nearest
depot.
As an indication, the deliveries take place in the 14 days
During the Christmas and New Year period, delivery times may be
extended by a few days.
The times indiated above refer to working days and are subject to
product availability.
This time serve as guide only. In the event of a delay, neither
can orders be cancelled nor compensation granted.
